Captivating Carpentry and Constructions were tasked with demolishing the previous structure and rebuilding this amazing duplex which boasts the absolute premium standard in design and quality. From the solid brick construction to the light and airy spaces, our team constructed a full brick abode that is sure to impress!

With our technical expertise and a keen eye for detail, we completed the following on this sensational property:

• integrated a combination of solid brick construction and marble finishes throughout;
• constructed four double-sized bedrooms complimented with custom-made built-ins;
• designed a master suite which includes a stunning ensuite, walk-in-robe and large balcony;
• installed a kitchen that boasts beautifully crafted marble benches, a breakfast bar, a large pantry, dishwasher and state-of-the-art cooktop; and
• three elegant bathrooms and an internal laundry.
