Project Details

Our Beverly Hills project has certainly turned heads! We demolished the previous structure to breadcrumbs, including the roof-framing, tiles, ceiling roof, double garage, windows and doors. We attended to excavating and levelling the land in preparation for the piers and footing.

Our work at this stunning residential home includes:

• pouring a new concrete slab, driveway and stairs leading to the front door;
• new timber framing and flooring for the main dwelling, garage and studio;
• waterproofing and tiling all bathrooms;
• applying luxurious terracotta tiles to the roof of the main house and extension studio;
• installing the color bond fencing around the perimeter of the property; and
• installing commercial windows to the garage and studio and double-glazed sliding windows to the main residence.
